nwv recap #7: july was a month

dear founder, 

july moved fast. but we moved with it.

here’s what unfolded:

wins:

  • launched a more intentional meeting moderation & facilitation style. loving it

  • added a second weekly meeting to double clarity & momentum

  • continued refining and defining the mvp

  • the team paused to celebrate life: wedding anniversarys, baptisms, birthdays, and graduations celebrated in places like haida gwaii, washington, gatlinburg, colorado, and whistler.

lessons learned:

  • not everything can happen at once. patience is and always will be a virtue.

  • be graceful with ourselves when we are learning and doing new things.

  • the mvp is probably still too big and unclear. always.

this month reminded us: alignment and eachother are everything.
